The Journey Begins

I’m Hannah and I’m 33, I’m a single mum to two girls Evelyn and Grace, Grace has autism and finds most days a challenge. I suffer from quite bad mental health, I’ve had a life of various bad experiences which has led me to here and now I’m trying to process life day by day and want to share and help where I can.
